Rates are subject to change without notice. Any such changes do not affect our payment or refund policies.
Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for orders that are processing longer than expected. If a service does not include a refill period, it is not eligible for refill—even in the case of a 100% drop. We may modify or substitute services to complete your order as needed.
Abusive or fraudulent behavior can result in suspension or permanent account termination. Suspended users may not open new accounts. Remaining balance in terminated accounts will be forfeited.

2. Services & Usage
- RealSocialDirect.com provides artificial engagement to enhance social media appearance only.
- We do not guarantee interaction (e.g., comments, shares) from delivered followers or likes.
- Delivered accounts may not all have bios, photos, or full profiles.
- Orders for private accounts are not eligible for refunds. Ensure your account is public before ordering.
- Do not submit orders containing nudity or violating content. We comply with social media community guidelines.
- Unless specifically stated otherwise, followers, likes, and views provided are not real users or organic interactions.
- You must not misrepresent artificial engagement as organic or deceive others about its nature.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
- All sales are final. No refunds will be made to your original payment method.
- Balance must be used for orders on RealSocialDirect.com only.
- Any chargebacks or payment disputes will lead to account termination and removal of delivered engagement.
- Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. If an order is non-deliverable, you will receive credit to your account balance.
- We do not refund or credit orders submitted to private or incorrect usernames.
- Fraudulent payment activity (e.g., using stolen credit cards) will result in permanent account ban.
- Do not use multiple providers or servers on the same link simultaneously. This causes delivery conflicts and is not refundable.
4. Disclaimer & Liability
RealSocialDirect.com is not liable for any damages, losses, or business disruptions you may experience from using our services. We are not responsible for account suspensions, bans, or content removals imposed by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, or other social platforms.
